Description
Local Commercial Real Estate firm seeks employee to assist in property maintenance. Individual will work with experienced person who will provide training. Some construction/labor experience required. Must have reliable transportation. Expected hours will be 25-40hr/week.
Duties include:
Painting, readying buildings for new tenants, minor landscaping, etc. Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds.
