Here is what this career is: You will start as a technician-in-training with the goal of quickly becoming a certified service technician. Once you are competent as a service technician you will be trained to be an Assistant Crew Lead and then trained to manage & serve other team members. You will be trained to properly drive a work truck with equipment, clean the interior & exterior of residential & commercial windows, how to safely use ladders, clean windows, use a pressure washer & surface cleaner, clean gutters, supervise others & much more. Safety is our #1 priority and we won't have you do anything unsafe or without the right equipment. We offer On-The-Job training with oversight to get you up to speed before we leave you on a job site by yourself. You'll learn our culture, job site safety, customer interaction, how to upsell and get an overview of our entire system and processes. Our training is designed to help you excel and move up in our company quickly. If you have experience we may start you at a higher hourly starting pay and quickly work towards your training for a crew manager. If you have limited or no experience we will start you at our beginning starting hourly pay and give you substantial increases as your training progresses.
