Found Gray/White Female Cat

Found this sweetie on Saturday 7/23 near Martin Street and Village Creek Road sitting under a bush and panting in the 100F heat. The local shelter won't take her in as they say she's "stray". She's probably 1 years old or less, acts playful and young, very friendly, affectionate, a purr machine, easy to handle, litterbox trained, and crate trained; doesn't seem stray but possibly lost. Checked for a microchip and she doesn't have one. Got her vaccinated (Rabies, FVRCP, FeLV). Does she belong to anyone?
