Wonderful slightly special-needs kitten for adoption

We have a wonderful, sweet rescue kitten available for adoption. Male, litter box trained, dewormed, flea treated. Socialized with cats, dogs and people. Super super friendly and sweet. He’s handsome and has a little brown spot on one elbow so you’ll never mix him up with another orange cat. He has had a stuffy nose for weeks, and has been to two vets. They both say it’s viral, mild, not contagious, and improving, and that it will go away completely when his immune system is fully functioning here in a few weeks. In the interim, we took him in to the vet and got him some new antibiotics so that you don’t have to. What he needs: a home with some understanding that he has some mild, short term special needs and you’ll have to give him antibiotics every 12 hours for about 12 more days, and he may need a follow-up vet check when he gets his shots (he hasn’t been ready for shots because he’s been sick, so our vet had us wait, but he’s ready for shots whenever your vet says he’s ready). He needs a buddy, whether that’s a cat, dog, kids, or a work-from-home adult because he’s very social and used to having a lot of animals and people around. He needs to be indoor-only forever for his safety, and needs to be neutered. We’re looking for a stable, safe home where we know he’ll get any medical care he needs in the future, although we don’t expect him to have any unusual needs long term. He is a terrific little cat and will be a normal healthy boy within a few weeks. He’s just stuffy right now, but it’s getting better every day. Please text me if you’re interested!
