We pay industry best hourly wages plus you have the ability to earn tips and recycling money. Most of our crew members average $20-$25/hr. We also provide health insurance benefits. Clean driving record is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to lift 75lbs with a partner. Most crews complete 4-6 jobs per day with the average job taking around 35 minutes so there is plenty of recovery time in the truck to relax between jobs.
