Lost Blue Backpack?

UPDATE: OPD came and took them. This backpack is just sitting under a table at the park and I don't see anyone around who it belongs to. I don't want to open it or take it... I'm not sure what is the most helpful thing to do besides say it's here and sit here for a while in case someone comes back for it. If it's yours and you happen to see this, email me right quick and tell me what I should do with it. If it gets stolen... I'm really sorry. I don't have a car to take it to the cop shop and I would feel very sketchy walking down the street back to my house with it.
