Found Dog - Female senior chihuahua mix

Senior female dog that appears to be a chihuahua mix of some sort found in Kellam Ave between Douglas and W Edgeware Rd morning of July 25th. She is not chipped, but has a collar. Please let me know if you know who this dog belongs to. Thank you!
