FOUND: neutered black male cat approximately 6-7 years in age, friendly, no microchip, he is at the Humane Society, Animal ID number A568499. See below for more info. I am feral cat trapping multiple feral cats and several litters of kittens near the corner of S 60th and Fawcett Ave Tacoma, WA 98408 and caught a domesticated cat/someone's pet in my trap Sarturday night. It is a neutered black male cat approximately 6-7 years in age, friendly, no microchip. I took him to the Tacoma Humane Society yesterday. They will hold him until Wednesday before he will be placed up for adoption due to no microchip. His Humane Socirty Animal ID is A568499. If he is yours this is the number you will want to reference when you call the Humane Society. Please share so he can get back home. If you live in the area please consider keeping your cats inside for the next several weeks (or altogether) so they do not end up in my traps because I will have to take them to the Humane Society. If you want to help please spay or neuter your cats and dogs, I have already caught 7 feral adults (one of which was pregnant), and two litters of kittens and there are still so many more to trap. You could also help by microchipping your pets (most cats brought into the shelter without a microchip never get back to their owners) and donating to your local animal shelter. Thank you.
