Healing the Heart: A two hour metaphysical workshop designed to activate one’s personal healing process for grief recovery. August 13th 9:00-11:00am. Presented by Elle Taylor, LCSW, QHHT practitioner and Lindsay FitzSimmons, Holy Fire III Reiki Master. During the workshop we will be: -Sending the divine and healing energy of Holy Fire Reiki to the spirit of your loved one -Connecting through a series of guided meditations that will revive and soothe your body, mind and spirit. -Using nature-based tools, such as crystals and essential oils, and channeled information from our Spirit Guides to bridge a connection with your Higher Self.
