160 acre Ranch near Pt. Reyes needs skilled person with ranch skills who is available for 2 days/week work in exchange for spacious 2 bedroom living space. Also, must be available for ranch emergencies outside of normal 2 days/week - to be paid at either $25/hour, or reducing future live/work hours. Also, must be willing to live quietly, as you have nearby neighbors who live here.
