Flat rate pay plan based on experience. Position Overview The Collision Repair Estimator is responsible for providing customers with automotive repair estimates. Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer, insurance companies, and vendors throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle. What are the day-to-day responsibilities? • Review all final bills and supplemental billings prior to delivery of the vehicle • Review the completed vehicle to check quality and thoroughness • Provide excellent customer service • Write estimates in an accurate and efficient manner • Manage and ensure parts are ordered and available • Track repairs and communicate status to customers and insurance companies Skill/Requirements • Must be able to satisfactorily complete a criminal background check • Ability to effectively communicate with others – verbal and written • Working estimating knowledge, including systems • Organization and multi-tasking skills, good time management and adapt easily to fast-paced environment • Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time during the estimating and disassembly process • Must be able to walk, bend, push/pull, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch frequently Benefits • Health Insurance • Paid Holidays • Paid Vacations Job Type: Full-time Schedule: • Monday to Friday
