Hi there- I am seeking a helper for renovation work in the Brevard area. Must have basic hand tools, reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and a positive attitude. Please be clean and punctual. I will train the right person. This position is generally 30+ hours a week. I will start pay at $20/HR cash and go to $25/HR cash after 1 month of punctual and reliable performance. I do full kitchen and bathroom renovation, fencing, deck work, and all types of home repair including small repairs. I am not looking for a master of all trades. I am looking for a person who is interested in this work and is willing to learn. MUST LIVE IN OR FAIRLY CLOSE TO THE BREVARD AREA.
