Mig Welders, Painters and Material Handlers needed for a Steel Manufacturing Plant in Taylors, SC. Awesome Career Opportunities with room to advance within the company! All Local Work/Shop Fabrication! NO Field work!! This company pre-fabricates structural steel and it's a construction type environment. This facility is NOT climate controlled, but it's a great company to work for if that is not an issue for you. Hard Hats, Steel Toes!! Construction Manufacturing!!! Day Shift Hours: 6:00am to 5:00pm. Night Shift Hours: 5:00pm to 3:00am. Welders: You will be mig welding and fabricating steel used to erect buildings and other structures. Must have mig welding experience and your own welding hood. Pay for Welders: Day Shift is $17.00 and Night Shift is $18.00 per hour to start, maybe more depending on your experience and fabrication knowledge. Painters: You will be painting steel using a spray painting machine to put a seal coating on the steel beams. You must be able to wear a respirator while working. Must have some painting experience. Pay for Painters: Day Shift is $15.50 and Night Shift is $16.50 per hour to start. Material Handlers: You will be moving steel beams using an overhead crane/hoist and also operating a forklift as needed. Must have some construction material handling experience using a forklift or crane. Pay for Material Handlers: Day shift is $15.00 and Night Shift is $16.00 per hour to start. These jobs are temp to hire. You can get hired on full-time after 90 days if your performance and attendance is good.
