General hotel maintenance includes: P-Trap clean outs Swapping out toilet wax rings Basic plumbing PVC and copper RFID Door locks / programming Fixing PTAC units (ac / heat) Property grounds (Cleaning, trash, pressure washing, etc) Some more skilled tasks that we require: Drywall - Texture knock down & pop corn Plumbing - PVC / Sweat copper Electrical - Basic electrical knowledge, fixtures, switches, outlets, etc. Quick and quality workers. I want someone who will do it right without any supervision. Should be able to look at things and figure out a solution on the go!
