**This position has been open for some time. Trinity Insulation is looking to fill this position this week. Please send resumes along with a copy of your driver's license so we can verify that you pass our car company insurance policy requirements which is a requirement for this position** Trinity Insulation needs a WAREHOUSE/OFFICE manager. This person will also need to drive our company vehicle including a box truck in case our driver is out sick or on vacation. This position will be 50% in the warehouse, and 50% in office work. **PLEASE READ THE BELOW LIST OF DUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS** Duties will consist of: • Managing the driver’s daily routine and enforcing policies. • Maintaining a maintenance log for our vehicles. • Maintaining and controlling inventory which includes accurate inventory counts. • Responsible for receiving all orders, and ensuring they match the POs. Lifting of items between 50LB - 100LB is required. • Responsible for order accuracy for contracting and sales. • Maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the warehouse/office as well as the company vehicles, which may include throwing trash away, some handy work, and washing our trucks. • Be proficient with all Microsoft systems. • Be able to work with an iPad and its applications. • Be able to assist the Director of Operation with job setups, e-mails, etc. • Other duties to be given upon progression. This person must have the following qualifications: • Responsible, honest, and punctual. • Clean driving record and pass insurance driving check as well as a background check. • This company is a drug-free place so a random drug and alcohol test will be performed. • Hours are currently 6 AM - 2:30 PM Monday to Friday with some opportunities for overtime. • The area of service is all of Florida. • Able to communicate with multiple parties and be organized. • Smart phone required for payroll.
