GREAT OPPORTUNITY!!!!! Growing janitorial company looking for a Superintendent. Company offers medical insurance after 90 days and matching 401K after a full year of service. Superintendent, Live-in (apartment provided-after probation period) Needs to be a jack of all trades meaning very handy! Must read and write English. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Day to Day management of the property including cleaning, minor repair and maintenance, resolving problems and issues with the building. Showing units when necessary. Conduct routine inspections, minor repairs and maintenance on common areas, building systems, and equipment. Assist Property Manager in enforcing building rules and policies. Maintain positive and professional relationships and communication with residents. Manage move-ins and outs, including elevator bookings, lease signing and in/out inspections. Must oversee third party contractors and services providers. On-call for after hours emergencies. Must be friendly and cordial with residents. Asist in other areas as issues arise. Skills and qualifications for this position include: Be responsive to residents needs. Be able to work independently but also as an integral part of the management team. Have strong communication and organizational skills. Basic administrative and computer sills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, email and other systems such as security and intercom software. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000 per year
