** Maintenance Staff Needed **

We are looking for a Full-Time and/or Part-Time maintenance staff members who are able to perform upkeep tasks of The Central Florida Fairgrounds. RESPONSIBILITIES: -Support a clean and orderly environment by emptying trash containers, picking up trash, pressure washing, etc. -Provide support at indoor and outdoor show sites involving load-in, show run & load out. -Ensure efficient processes and quality of work for the maintenance of bathroom cleaning, window washing, picking up trash, dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming. -Additional duties as assigned. - Lawn Maintenance -Must be able to work long days, Weekends a MUST!! EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Operating Equipment SKILLS: -Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. consistently. -Ability to take direction from management and clients as well as work as part of a team in an event production situation. -Ability to operate power tools. -Strong customer service and communication skills. -Must maintain a polished appearance during events while working with the public. EXPERIENCE: Customer service experience and prior event service experience highly preferred.
