Scope of work. I want entire area tiled. That includes the narrow area on left side, main patio that is the newer brighter colored cement and the wall on the left side that is a darker color. Tiles are 12" x 24", bullnose is 3"x12". Time: Start as soon as we have 2 consecutive days of bright sun with no rain so the slab is dry. Supplies: Still need to buy the mortar. Have the grout and tiles. Picture description. Narrow area is on left side that is different color than cement in front. Center area and left side is the larger flat area brighter cement. Left side wall is darker color wall. Square Feet approx 400 1. Narrow area 5' wide, 22' long, 110 sq. ft 2. Larger flat area = 139 + 23 = 158 sq. ft square area, 10' x 13.5' = 135 sq. ft remaining triangle area, 121" x 108" x 60" = 23 sq ft 3. Wall 10' x 7.5 = 77 sq ft. 4. Bullnose trim 35 sq. ft. TOTAL AREA 110 + 158 + 77 + 35 = 380 sq. ft.
