Local renovation company is looking for a good handyman to knock out a punch list on our latest flip project. Touch ups, clean up, small repairs, and some final installations. The full punch list is at the bottom of this ad. Reply with: 1. Your full name + phone number 2. What part of San Diego county do you live in. 4. What experience do you have with construction or as a handyman (Let us know if you have any specialties like paint, drywall, HVAC, flooring, tile, framing, plumbing, electrical, etc.) I will reply by text and give you more info about the job, and schedule a meet-up for Monday morning or afternoon. Punch List: 1. Install tri-fold stall shower glass enclosure above shower pan. Remove excess grout/thin set so handle can attach to valve. 2. Install towel ring and towel bars in both bathrooms. 3. Install cabinet pulls/handles (if you have a jig or template.) 4. Clean up of debris and trash and dirt in tiny backyard area. There's a dumpster in the complex. Possibly pressure wash, or at least spray off cement? 5. Hang curtains on back slider. 6. Check stove to make sure there's no gas leak. 7. A few miscellaneous other items like install scribe on cabinet doors.
