National property inspection company looking for independent contractors in the following areas: Glendale/Peoria to Tolleson and all zip codes in between You must live in this area to be eligible. Most inspections are drive by occupancy inspections with the following required photos: Street Sign, Street view, Front of home, Address Number and up to 3 visual occupancy indicators (can be 3 photos of cars in drive if necessary). Additional inspections require a door card to be left at the property if contact is not made, (covid protocols apply) with a photo proving you left it. Each inspection only requires 5-10 minutes of your time and are paid per inspection @ $5+ per file depending on what area. All inspections can be completed and uploaded on your phone. Inspectors that understand this process even with the crazy gas prices out there can make 30+ per hour AFTER GAS EXPENSE…. The following tools are required for this position: Android or I phone with data capability for uploads in the field. Home computer, printer Reliable fuel-efficient vehicle Mapping program or directional skills In order to achieve success in this role you must be reliable, trustworthy, able to communicate effectively with homeowners and have a sense of time management. No experience is necessary although it is preferred. Background checks will be conducted after successful completion of initial assignments.
