Press release from the City of Malibu: December 30, 2020 Holiday hours for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day Malibu City Hall closes at 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 31 (City Hall is open by appointment only. To make an appointment, visit https://www.malibucity.org/appointments). The Temporary Skate Park is closed on January 1. The Community Swimming Pool is closed on December 31 and January 1.
