🚨 WE’RE HIRING 🚨 CLE Turnkey Real Estate is a real estate investment company located in Lakewood, OH.  We buy multi-family apartment units throughout the US and look to add value and improve living conditions of our tenants.  We have a new full-time W2 role opened in Okatie, SC and surrounding areas.  We are continuing to grow and are looking to hire a results oriented and hardworking team member to our growing team.    * W2 full-time position * Hourly Range – range $17-21 per hour depending on experience * Medical, dental, vision insurance offered through Anthem * Paid holidays and paid time off * Paid 15th and 30th * Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with additional hours as needed in evenings and weekends as business demands require * Who does this position report to? – Asset Manager * Work is located in Okatie, South Carolina or surrounding area • What makes a successful candidate for your organization? - Positive attitude, good attendance, hard working   Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen required If you are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume and why you feel you are a good fit to the email attached. Job Description:   Experience (preferred or required): • HS Diploma or equivalent required • Understanding of basic household maintenance – cleaning, site inspections, landscaping, painting, dry wall repair, minor plumbing, minor electrical required • Ability to perform basic household repairs required • Requires reliable transportation • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with all levels of organization and customers/vendors required • Organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously required • Ability to work in a time-sensitive role, where tasks must be addressed when received required • Strong working knowledge of email, phone communication and willingness to use property management software required • Ability to drive boat required Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ·        Responsible for presentation of all property premises – interior and exterior ·        General property maintenance/cleaning/walk-throughs ·        Landscaping/Cut grass ·        Spray for bugs/ants ·        Pool maintenance ·        Garbage/Recycling cans ·        Must be able/willing to learn to drive a boat ·        Checking mechanical systems on a daily/weekly basis ·        Fresh water for chickens/animals on Island ·        Painting, light plumbing, light electrical, changing fixtures ·        Competency of boats = Drive, service, & maintain our boats, jet skis, etc. ·        Site visits to perform property inspections and addressing issues ·        Verification of contractor work and unit inspection ·        Completing necessary work orders/tasks ·        Working with our property management software ·        Timely communication with the Asset Manager Short-Term Rentals ·        Timely completion of job duties ·        Accurate reporting of work orders, receipts, hours, & completion photos ·        Attend business meetings and trainings as required ·        Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
