Looking for an experienced tree climber/crew leader with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Leadership skills are a must and crane experience earns top pay. Responsibilities Trim and/or remove trees by climbing with the aide of a ladder, safety belt, climbing line, or from a bucket truck Work from the ground using chainsaws, pruner etc Have knowledge of using ropes, knots, wedges, sledges, chainsaws Loads and unloads trucks with logs, stumps, brush, and debris and/or feeds brush to brush chippers Assumes responsibility for the inspection and proper working conditions of tools, trucks, and other work equipment Maintains good housekeeping on trucks Able to work around hazardous and loud equipment Works in all temperatures and weather Performs other related work, as assigned by superiors
