Part-time only, ideal for supplemental income. 8 to 10 hours a week. Two mornings a week. Monday-Saturday. You pick the two mornings you prefer to work. Be a part of a growing team of yardcare service staff that help make Northern Nevada beautiful. We are seeking staff for seasonal yardcare service personnel to work part-time up to 10 hours per week. Work involves lawnmowing, trimming, pruning, weed removal, cutting, planting, yard cleaning and hauling. Able to lift 50 pounds. You'll be working in a pair of two. Good driving history. Able to drive our truck. Past experience driving a trailer a plus. Supervising or leadership experience a plus. Understanding of gardening / horticulture / plants a plus. Able to lead and coordinate each residential landscape job professionally and in a timely manner. You're doing landscape work, along with leading others. Each route team is responsible for providing satisfying and efficient yardcare service visits to our residential customers throughout a morning. Typical work hours are twice a week, 7:30 am – 12:30 pm mornings throughout the summer. We will train you on technique, service quality, and equipment handling. All applicants must have a driver's license and must be willing to drive one of our vehicles at times. You'll be operating machinery, and hauling yard debris. You must be willing to work both alone or in a team. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. While this job is active and fun, we prefer people with past landscape, mowing or farm experience. There are a limited number of year-round and long-term positions available for our most available and highest performing summer staff.
