Apply in person at: 5802 Wooldridge, BUILDING B Corpus Christi, TX 78414 Maverick Plumbing & Utilities is hiring a hard working laborer to install underground utilities. The work is outside and right now it is HOT. Applicant must be willing and able to handle working in the heat. We are specifically looking for someone to follow directions from the supervisor. This posting is for a laborer/installer, not an equipment operator. We follow strict safety guidelines for working in trenches. Applicant needs a hardhat, safety vest, and work boots. Our normal work hours are 7:00am - 4 or 5:00pm and we eat lunch on site. Employees arrive to the shop at Staples and Wooldridge and then ride in the company vehicle to the job site. You cannot be late or you will be left behind and sent home. Our company offers paid time off, paid holidays, 401k AFTER 6 months of employment. Do not call the office asking the secretary what the pay rate is. She won't know :). Pay rate will be discussed at an interview.
