Commercial and Apartment FULL TIME CLEANER: Looking for a skilled cleaner employee to perform common area cleaning and apartment cleaning. This is a full time cleaning position for our Class-A luxury apartment buildings in Ohio City to ensure the facilities are clean, This employee must be reliable, hardworking, with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will not only have experience but also must be a “team player” with a good work ethic. The position requires manual dexterity and physical stamina as well as an ability to take the initiative, lead, and most importantly follow instructions. I. Description of specific skills: • General cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, and other housekeeping tasks; • Cleaning of common areas - stairwells, hallways, entryways, lobby, fitness rooms and all resident common areas • Cleaning of apartments prior to resident move in (furnished and unfurnished) • Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations and construction; • Report to a supervisor for daily instructions; II. Must Have: • Good communication and interpersonal skills; • Successful completion of an apprenticeship. • Clean background. A criminal background and drug check will be conducted. Random drug testing will be conducted. • Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license. • Cleaning Experience • References. III. Compensation: • Pay will be based upon skill level and will be competitive.
