What We Offer: Very competitive compensation(salary & commission), industry best($65k to 75k) $3000.00 sign on bonus $1200 to $1400 weekly pay depending on exp. Very supportive upper management & owner Vacation Healthcare Insurance Paid Training Responsibilities: train, motivate, counsel and monitor performance of department staff(4-6employees) Maintain a positive, fun, professional & successful culture!! Complete profit & loss responsibilities including expense control and revenue goals Inventory control management of $500k car parts inventory Work with dealer store Managers for better profit Work directly with Employees to develop strong relationships(retention ) Holds weekly department business meetings & safety huddles. Maintain organized and clean warehouse and Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College aducation a + Minimum 4-5 years of management experience auto part experience a plus Valid Driver’s License & satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report Strong computer and phone skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong inventory control & operations skills Professional appearance and work ethic.
