***Indoor Cannabis Farm looking to add a Weekend Garden Lead to our amazing grow team!*** We are a family-owned farm, producing high end, quality cannabis since 2014. We are looking for the right person to be our Managers "right hand man" and oversee the weekend crew. If you are not afraid to be a leader, are a problem solver, have experience growing cannabis and have supervisor skills, then we would love to meet. While this position requires high energy, hard work and attention to detail, it is an enjoyable career, working in climate controlled rooms, growing beautiful, rewarding plants. Duties include, but are not limited to, mixing nutrients, watering plants, manicuring, training plants, harvesting, taking cuttings, transplanting, keeping a clean and sanitary work environment and having a positive, can do attitude. You will be overseeing the other employees, so experience in growing Cannabis is required. Requirements: *MUST be at least 21 years of age *Be a motivated, team player *Maintain a positive attitude. *Possess time management skills *Work well in a team environment *Punctuality and reliability are vital. *Reliable transportation This is a full time position Wednesday- Sunday 6am-2:30pm, that will include some holidays.
