Oporator / Pipe Layer / Forman Looking for Operator, pipe layers and a Foerman whom want to work with good teams and positive environments. Pays well! Forman: - Can direct a small crew on a daily task or work independently on a task positively and effectively - able to read and interpret plans including civil construction and guide yourself and a small crew. - able to direct installation of pvc, CPEP, CMP, DIP, copper, poly, and any other common type of pipe per city or municipality standards - can set up and use a pipe laser - can run & understands equipment used in utility installation - knowledge in setting storm and sewer structures as well as water and sewer pump station vaults. - has a good understanding of the process of a project and how to sequence work. - Willing to teach and work with new employees to get them up to speed if not knowledgable. - Willing to learn and grow with the team into a superintendent position Pipe layer: -understands civil construction plans. - able to install pvc, CPEP, CMP, DIP, copper, poly, and any other common type of pipe per city or municipality standards - can set up and use a pipe laser - can run equipment used in utility installation - willing to learn and grow into a foreman position - knowledge in setting storm and sewer structures as well as water and sewer pump station vaults. - has a good understanding of the process of a project and how to sequence work. Operator: - 3+ years in civil industry pipe laying and running equipment - can direct a small crew on a daily task or work independently on a task - able to read and interpret plans and guide yourself or a small crew. - willing to learn and grow with the team into a foreman or superintendent position - Health and dental benefits to come 1 PTO at 90 days 2 weeks PTO at 6 months and 3 weeks PTO at 1 year. 4 weeks PTO at 2 years Retirement plan options coming.
