We take pride in connecting worlds. Who are we: Here at Press Connect, we connect customers to services. This may include but not be limited to services that are residential or commercial. Similar to uber where drivers are connected to riders, we introduce the customer to the professional. Many skilled professionals are able to receive a job and complete it with our intergrated system. Reps would communicate to the customer,via email or telephone, who want a specific job or task completed. At this point we will connect electricians, plumbers, roofers, mechanics to the qualifying representative who can take care of the job. From there it will travel through the chains of different departments within the company to ensure that job gets completed. Virtual Agent Responsibilities : 1.Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls. 2.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 3.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 4.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 5.Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. 6.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. 7.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. 8.Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. 9.Take the extra mile to engage customers.
