I need 1 person in Thorton at 11 am in order to complete the task "Troubleshoot offline digital menu board" at a fast food retailer. This work order is estimated to take less than 1 hour to complete. The list of minimum required tasks you must be able to comply with are: 1. Upon arrival send me a clear photo of the defective unit along with the managers name 2. Verify the unit is powered on and disconnect and reconnect all cables In the device as well as where the cables connect 3. Once the steps above are done text me with your current status and I will send you the helpdesk phone number so a member of the store IT support can walk you through any additional steps that may be required prior to approval. 4. Take a photo of the repaired device and send it along with the name of the help desk associate that approved the work you completed on site. 5. You will receive payment of $50 within 1 hour of completion If you are more than 15 minutes late on site without reaching out to me you will be unassigned and no payment will be considered. If you complete this without issue you will be added to a list of preferred techs and be given first pick at future work.
