As an Assistant Construction Superintendent, you are directly involved in all operational processes for heavy highway, road construction and civil construction projects. In cooperation with the Project Manager and Superintendent, you will direct project resources to maintain schedule and production rates, as well as perform critical real-time problem solving to maintain contract compliance and quality control. You will be expected to represent the project and company’s interests to Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors. This position will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Company’s upper management and executives across a broad spectrum of mediums.
