My current projects include: - Rehab of house is city of York - Rehab of house in city of Rock Hill - Rehab of 3 houses & 3 mobile homes inside a park in York Co. - Rehab of a house in Fort Mill - Installation of concrete pillars for driveway - New 50+ panel fence for back yard - 2 new roofs with tear offs - Development of new 21 acre mobile home park near Rock Hill - Build out 2 added units to an existing 3 unit building Projects are abundant and if you are a long term relationship person, this could be the right fit for both of us. All projects must be built to current municipal code.
