Jazz Bassist Needed, even tough we don't play straight ahead jazz, not even close, but you may use your jazz background to play swing when tune needs that swing and improvise when it's time to play those amazing leads. Yes, we are looking for that type of very special bassist, under 30, born here/USA and living in NYC. Our chances are very little, cause most bassist only prefer to play (or limited to play) pocket, but that is not enough for us. Long story short! We've being contacted by Pros and we appreciate that our ad grabbed their attention, but the "problem" is that there are no "money bags" on this board and we don't do gigs that make $$$ (let's say weddings and all that enchilada), so having pro/job seeking bassist on board will be nothing but a tension and pain to be focused on only paid situations (we work 9-5 jobs, so money isn't issues, we just LOVE playing music). Are we serious about that we do? Come by to check, we won't disappoint you...etc. Thanks
