Subject: "Trash Porter in Capitol Hill, D.C." We're looking for a reliable person to be a trash porter for one of our buildings on Independence Ave. SE and 11th St. SE. This is not a glamorous gig, but it will be easier than ordering a latté at Starbucks. If you've got 15-30 minutes to spare every Sunday afternoon, then this is an easy gig to earn some extra cash. Here's what we need: • Must be able to carry 20-30 pounds (full trash/recycling bags) on a 3-5 minute walk (to the alleyway) • Show up between the hours of 1 to 3pm each Sunday and pick up the trash and recycle bags/items from in front of the row home • Take the trash and recycling to the rear alley and place them in the labeled trash and recycle bins. • Take pictures of everything placed properly in the appropriate bin and send it to us before leaving. This is a perfect no hassle, zero stress gig for someone who lives in or works nearby Capitol Hill and you don't have to interact with anyone. You will need to be available rain, snow or sunshine. Note: Even though the alley is directly behind the row house you will not be able to access it through the building or backyard.
