SBM Management team is searching for a floor-tech that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a floor-tech that has experience with ensuring customers have a clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with customers and coworkers to make sure their expectations are met is essential. Responsibilities: Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bonneting, extraction( wet/dry), strip and wax, carpet spot removal, transport equipment, tools and supplies, Communicate changes, progress or problems areas. Qualifications Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor /carpet care expertise preferred. A drug test will be required, and must pass a background check. Permanent resident card, us birth certificate or us passport required. Shift is M-F 4:30PM-1:00 AM, competitive benefits, $125.00 monthly bonus if all required key performance indicators are met.
