Caretaker Needed for Quail Ridge Apartments

We are looking for a full or part time caretaker to help with our property at Quail Ridge Apartments. Some of the duties would include turning apartments, keeping the building clean, vacuuming, dusting, sweeping shoveling in the winter, watering flowers, and when needed helping with the pool in the summer months. We can be flexible with your work hours. We also offer a rent discount if you are looking to live onsite. We are located on Bent Creek Golf Course.
