Lighting/Retrofit Technician FULL TIME Lightning Mobile Electric is an innovative leader in electrical, lighting and control systems with energy management. We are seeking mechanically-inclined individuals to perform work with both care and quality on lighting retrofit/upgrade projects nationwide. Lighting Retrofit experience preferred, no experience necessary. We will train the right people! WE ARE HIRING QUICKLY! Projects start next week. Job Responsibilities: ● Be an ACTIVE member of the crew ● Adhere to all safety standards, attend regular meetings and communicate any safety issues you see or anticipate ● Ground work, fixture preparation/removal/demolition, installation of lamps, retrofit kits, new fixtures, control devices, conduit and electrical wiring ● Operation of scissor lifts, articulating booms, bucket trucks, man lifts, and scaffolding equipment ● Knowledge of 120V – 480V, 0-10V dimming, transformers, ballasts, emergency lighting, ability to take voltage readings, LOTO, LED, HID, Induction, Quartz a PLUS ● Overnight Shifts (depending on the project) ● TRAVEL REQUIRED Job Skills & Qualifications: ● OSHA-10 preferred (must obtain within 30 days of hire, company-sponsored) ● Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills ● Attention to detail ● Organization ● Knowledge of how to use email, smart phone, basic computer skills. Pay: ● Piece Rate, actual wage depends on number of fixtures installed ● Per Diem provided on jobs in excess of 60 miles from your location ● Individuals with experience may have opportunity to lead crew at an hourly rate Benefits: ● Medical ● Dental ● Bonuses (mid year + end of year) Apply today
