Need carpet replaced in Bedrooms and hall

Doing rental make ready and need carpet replaced in three bedrooms, hall, master closet and a utility closet. Haul off old and lay new pad and carpet. Would need to be able to pick up carpet from our vendor. Skill in patching hole in vinyl floor is a plus.
