Housekeeping Person @ $11.25 hr New Apartment complex seeking part-time or full-time Housekeeping positions. Individual must be energetic and a self-starter. Positive attitude a must! General Duties include: o Cleaning public restrooms & stocking toiletries o General cleaning in all public & common areas o Assists in completing the turnovers/make-readies of vacant units, as requested. o Maintaining Pool, Exercise Room, Public Laundry, Game room etc. o Responsible for helping to maintain the entire property in an attractive and comfortable condition. o Observes condition of apartment and reports any unusual circumstances (Size/number of pets, unauthorized occupants, illegal activity, etc.) Potential opportunity in advancement in office administration.
