My daughter found a stray pit bull mix. She was chipped, but the vet contacted the owner and they did not want her back. He said she is spayed, and up to date on vaccinations. We tried no-kill shelters and rescues, but they are all full. We would keep her, except we already have 5 dogs of our own, and they are not accepting her. She is really sweet, and housebroken. She should probably be an only pet. This dog loves to cuddle up with us and watch tv. She is happy just to be around people. Very sweet. I just can't keep her, I would commit to fostering her long term if my dogs accepted her. As loving as she is - I don't want to take her to a regular shelter where she might be euthanized. She doesn't deserve that. I will ask a rehoming fee and for references. If you are a dog lover, then know as a pit bull mix this is for her safety.
