Curvy in Cleveland is an body positive community, that promote body diversity through social media, wellness classes, motivational speaking, gender neutral apparel , & collaborations. Throughout the year we team with an dance/ fitness instructors to provide a safe space to workout. This month class features Zumba instructor N’Da of Pretty Heavy Fitness. Meet us at the Edgewater Park script sign (Cleveland sign) at 6500 Cleveland Memorial Shoreway, Cleveland, 44102 Fun, easy-to-follow dance routines with modifications that allow you to choose the intensity of your workout. JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE Fitness is NOT 1 size fit all! Join a community that’s encouraging instead of promoting unrealistic body standards, & diet culture. Zumba is not about learning dance choreography, it is about moving to the music and simply having fun. If your moves don't look like mine or other people, that is completely ok. OPEN TO ALL GENDERS KID FRIENDLY In past classes attendees let their children play at the park during the class. All fitness levels welcome and no equipment required. If it rains Class will be rescheduled for following week TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE FOR HEAD COUNT DUE TO PERMIT RESTRAINTS.
