Looking to immediately hire FULL TIME - General Fence Installation Helpers and Sub Contractors Pay is as follows: General Fence Helpers: $15 to $18 based on experience Sub Contractors: Up to $10ft. for Vinyl Fence Installation based on experience Up to $11 or $12ft. for Wood Privacy Fence Installation Up to $6ft. for Chain-link Fence Installation *** Sub Contractors must have valid General Contractor's Insurance and Workers Compensation *** Most of my vinyl installations are around 200ft or more. I have two jobs on the books that are over 300ft. Do the math. My 2021 Sub Contractor earned $106,000. And he passed up easily $40,000 in work. * Must be on time and ready to go every single day * Must have construction experience and/or experience in lawn care and working outside * Must have experience using hand tools and power tools * Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 60lbs for a short distance * Must have your own reliable transportation * Must have a drivers license * Must have work boots * Must be presentable (clean clothes, etc...) * Must have solid communication skills and be able to follow instructions * Must be vaccinated Pay is by check.
