This wine tasting class will feature 6 amazing red and white wines from France spanning 6 different regions to let you experience the full scope of wines the country of France has to offer (+ 1 Bonus wine). Top shelf wines will be served from Bordeaux, Alsace, Rhone, Burgundy, and Loire Valley. This class includes basic instruction on subjects related to identifying wine by label, proper evaluation of wine, decanting, vinification process, choice of stemware, to properly opening both standard corked wine bottles and champagne, food pairing and more. Hors d'oeuvres will be served. Ticket price includes wine, hors d'oeuvres, and class instruction. RSVP considered complete upon payment. 20 seat maximum capacity.
