When we are experiencing the journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, we often think of all the ways that our bodies physically shift and adapt to this process. While that, in and of itself, is nothing short of a miracle, we tend to forget that the physical is not separate from the spiritual. The idea of spirituality through birth is not limited to any belief system, rather intertwined with practices that make you feel connected to your understanding of the Divine.
In this workshop we draw the connections between the how we approach pregnancy and birth physically and how it nurtures us spiritually. We treat our bodies as the sacred vessels they are to bring forth new life, meaning, and peace within.
This is an 8-week class beginning on Saturday September 3rd. Each meeting is 1.5 hours long.
