Please help with a 2 seater couch to trash

I am 52 female, living alone. I have a garage couch that I put outside I thought I'd get help with someone taking it or trashing it. I have arthritis, I have COPD very little money and I'm trying to tear it apart to piece by piece feed to the dumpster and I can't do anymore, I'm hurting myself and out of breath. It's a metal frame so it heavy but still in one piece. I tore part of the leather off so I could disassemble it but, I just can't. Let me know if you can come pick it up or help me disassemble to get into dumpster, please. Thank you.
