Join us in the Park to learn gentle Qigong movements designed to release stress and improve strength and balance.
Qigong is a mindful health practice used to develop the body and mind and is well suited for beginners with a wide range of physical abilities.
Lesson will be held at Millennium Park in West Roxbury, weather permitting. In case of rain, the lesson will be held at the Human Harmonies/Body Mind Systems location (1739 Centre Street, West Roxbury).
