The drive will be held on Thursday, August 4, 2022 from 12:00pm-6:00pm at C.B. Pennington Jr. YMCA. Vitalant is calling on all eligible donors to make an appointment to give and help fill a critical need to be ready for every patient need before it arises. “The Y is here to meet the needs of the community and we know when there is a need, we are stronger together, so we are happy to partner for the upcoming blood drive.” Kristen Hogan, Marketing Director, YMCA of the Capital Area. All donors will receive a pint of Blue Bell Ice Cream and be eligible to win a three-month YMCA membership. Food is also available to all donors while supplies last.
