Groundman for tree work

I have some tree removals coming up and I’m looking for 1 or 2 ground workers. Going to be bucket and climbs so I’m looking for some experience on the ground, using a chainsaw, handling rope, feeding a chipper, stacking a trailer, etc. 8 hours on-site pays $160 daily.
