Jarrell studied these songwriters, these bands, and their records. He took what he learned, and he applied it well. He spun well-told stories in tightly wrapped chords. He toiled and tinkered and gave us a self-titled acoustic EP in 2018. The following year, he released his first full-length album, “Troubled Times,” which received an 8.5/10 rating from Saving Country Music and earned him a Song of The Year Nomination for his single, “Black Helicopters.” His latest release, “Up and Headed West,” landed at #21 on the list of the top albums of 2021 by Gary Hayes Country, and his single, "Chevrolets and Angels," made the list of top 100 Americana/Country songs of 2021 from The Word Zine.
